Quick Start

Apply the Framework to a project with an AI agent. The guide covers assessment, setup, and continued work. The Framework applies to any complex engineering project; the current guide is written for software projects.

  1. Ask your agent to assess your project. Give it this prompt:

    Read https://think-bigger.org/framework/guides/software.md and the complete sources it links to. Assess this project against the Framework. Propose an adoption plan that preserves useful existing structure. Include gaps, proposed changes, effort, required human decisions, and the first bounded work unit. Do not change project files yet.

  2. Review the adoption plan. Check the gaps, proposed changes, effort, and decisions that need your input.

  3. Approve the first setup task. The agent then sets up the agreed records and checks. It uses the same guide for later work, verification, and handover.
